Ok, so I know this was talked about a few weeks ago.  But I just tried to use it again and it worked!!! JC Penney has a promo code "TEN2YOU" for $10 off any $10 or more purchase of ANYTHING (Clearance is included!)  And on top of that, they are offering free shipping for any shoes until September!  How great would it be to do some school shopping from home, have it delivered free, and get it cheaper than in the store???  I just picked up a pair of shoes for myself for $2.19 delivered!  =)
